Sustainability report for Coca-Cola HBC Croatia

Summary:
Project goal was the sustainability report according to GRI standards. Project activities included: consultation and advice of key personnel of Coca-Cola on the GRI disclosures; discussion in small groups and individual interviews with key managers on sustainability priorities; providing guidance in the process of data gathering needed for GRI disclosures; half-day workshops with key stakeholders in order to obtain feedback on the preliminary report; writing the final sustainability report in English. Research methodology on the company's sustainability was in accordance with GRI standards by Global Reporting Initiative.
