Croatian innovation policy and its effects

The research project demonstrated how a national innovation policy could facilitate restructuring, technological advancement and economic growth in Croatia, and assessed the achievements in that regard. The project positioned innovation policy within the general economic policy framework and analysed the innovation-facilitating institutional, fiscal and financial mechanisms implemented by the policy makers.
