The book Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Public Expenditures in the Field of Combating Drug Abuse in the Republic of Croatia was created as a result of a scientific research project conducted for the Croatian Government Office for Combating Drugs Abuse. This edition was issued after the research findings were published in electronic form in 2014. After that, during 2015, the National Action Plan to Combat Drug Abuse in the Republic of Croatia for the Period from 2015 to 2017 was released, including an annex containing the indicators of outputs and outcomes from this research. Therefore, the new edition of the book is supplemented with an appendix containing the tables with indicators of results and outcomes for monitoring the action plan to combat drug abuse in the Republic of Croatia for the period 2015-2017, which show the concrete application of the developed methodology. In addition, the new edition of the book is supplemented with a summary in Croatian and English.
