Evaluation represents a crucial phase within the policy, programme and project life cycle. For the assessment of accomplished objectives and their impacts during and after the implementation of programmes and projects advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical methods are used. The main aim of this training is to enable a higher level of understanding and exchange of know-how between evaluation professionals.
The main goal of the training is to introduce and transfer know-how on evaluation methods and practical experiences to officials that are actively engaged with evaluations.
The expected result of the training is 10-15 participants trained. Participants should apply the gained knowledge in publishing their evaluation studies and have a better understanding of evaluation study results.

-preparation of training materials
-implementation of training
-analysis of evaluation of training by participants and reporting
Evaluation methods, purposefulness and complexity in terms of application, and the necessary data, their quality and tools (IT equipment, software) are presented during the lectures. Lectures are interactive and include discussions and excersises in focus groups.
