Brief outline:
The main goal of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of public expenses in the field of combating drug abuse in Croatia. The result of the proposed project was a developed methodology to the Office for Combating Drug Abuse of the Government of the Republic of Croatia for monitoring the implementation of objectives in the field of combating drug abuse and drug addiction in Croatia.
