Summary: 
The publication “Overview of Distribution Indicators of Purchase and Rental Prices for Apartments/Flats and Family Houses in the Republic of Croatia for 2024” provides an overview of market indicators by property type, spatially classified at the level of counties, major cities, the City of Zagreb, and other local government units. The analysis also includes comparisons visualized on maps of the Republic of Croatia, showing data such as average prices, property sizes, ages, as well as the number and value of transactions. For areas with fewer than 10 transactions, special estimation methods are applied, such as incorporating data from neighboring units or indexing older data. The publication contributes to the transparency of the real estate market and serves as a tool for designing measures outlined in the National Housing Policy Plan through 2030.
