The project seeked to understand, evaluate and assess the effects of the social reforms undertaken in Northern Macedonia in 2019, involving the expansion of social benefits and clearer linkages with social services. The main components of the evaluation were as follows:
• Conduct a literature review
• Develop a research methodology
• Collect and analyze data
• Evaluate the effects of the social reform
• Assess the sustainability of the social reform
• Make recommendations
• Communicate the results.
A report was prepared summarizing the research findings, conclusions, and recommendations. This was presented to relevant stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, and the public, to solicit feedback and suggestions.
