Analysis of wage gaps between the private sector, state-owned enterprises and the public sector

The project aims to provide a comparative review of the wage level and wage structure in the public and private sector. The project has compared the average wage, labour costs, productivity and wage taxation internationally. The wage level and wage evolution is compared between sectors (the public sector, the private sector and state-owned enterprises). The report used the most recent wage data from official sources (Labour Force Survey, establishment surveys). In addition to international comparison of wage-related indicators, the project has analyzed the public-private sector wage in Croatia. The results are presented in the report "An Analysis of Wage Level and Wage Structure in Croatia".
