Development and implementation of legal information system in Croatia: market analysis

The aim of this project was to develop and implement the legal information system in Croatia. In order to achieve it, the following activities were undertaken: an analysis and evaluation of the potential market, analysis of the competitive environment, SWOT analysis, and the creation of a pricing model. Consequently, the researchers estimated the market size and its demand for legal information in an electronic form, identified the main market segments and their characteristics, determined perceived values, and detected the existing competitive environment together with the strong and weak points of the existing competition. The methodology included the use of in-depth interviews and questionnaires as well as the analysis of secondary data by applying descriptive, univariant, and multivariant techniques and methods.
